Multi Rip Saw series "MLS"

The "MLS" multirip-panel saw has been designed to make multiple longitudinal cuts of boards with veneered faces and covered with various materials and can be used for the production of decorative elements and for interior furniture and door elements.

It is a special cutting machine designed for the longitudinal cutting of wood panels or plastic sheets. The machine could be supplied with special equipment, loading devices for panels and unloading devices for cut strips, according to the customer's production needs.

version "Standard"

Feeding of the working panel by rollers with splinter protection tablet in the work area and a bar with contrast wheels in opposition to the tool. Ideal solution for cutting thick panels.

version "pd"

Ideal configuration for multiple cutting of thin thickness boards. Double-bar roller feeding system with wheels to contrast the work tool.

version "2rr"

Ideal configuration for milling decorative and acoustic panels. Driving group with motorized rollers with lateral containment fences that pass through the entire machine.

version "pd 2rr"

This configuration represents the compromise between the extreme need to rip and, therefore, the milling of the panel referring to the edges of the panel.

version "2rr + 2cv"

Milling machine for panels with contrast roller, lateral containment fences and lateral vertical spindles for the execution of typical male-female joints of wall paneling.
